• Are you shipping outside the USA?

• What is the turnaround time for shipping orders? 

Ready to ship items will ship between 3-5 business days.

Our graphic apparel is made to order, as we embrace slow fashion and minimize waste. These items are expected to ship between 5-10 business days. 

• I like a design but would like it on another color/style (crew, V-neck, long sleeve or short sleeve) and don't see that option available, is that possible to order?

Yes, I accept custom orders and request!! Please note if we don't have the item readily available it will add additional time to your estimated shipping.

• Do you sell Wholesale?

• Do you do custom work? 

Yes, GET IN TOUCH: minniecreations@gmail.com a deposit or advance payment may be required depending on the custom request and quantity. 

• Can you change your order after it is placed? 

Once an order is placed, there can no changes, no cancellations. It's final. Please review your order before making your purchase and completing checkout!

• How do I care for my shirt's or apparel?

Care instructions are included with all items. Most items like clothing will be washed in cold with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry in low heat inside out. Do not use fabric softeners. 

• How do I clean my cup, mug or tumbler? 

Hand wash ONLY with mild soap and cool water to clean. DO NOT SCRUB the design or soak your cups. DO NOT clean in dishwasher. It's important to remember that these cups are handmade and should be treated with care. DO NOT Microwave.
