Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, returns or cancellations. Once an order is placed, there can be no changes and it is final sale.

Please review your entire order before making your purchase. 

If for any reason the product arrives damaged or misprinted, please submit an email to us within 48 hours of receiving the purchase to minniecreationsco@gmail.com, along with a photo and your order number. We will contact you within 3 business days once we have reviewed your inquire. 

Minnie Creations Co. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We will provide a tracking number via email provided at checkout when your order is ready to be shipped. If an issue arises once your purchase has left our shop, please partner with USPS for delivery updates.
